Josh Mandel

He’s a music-obsessed cultural omnivore who’s been working in the advertising and marketing world for over 16 years. The first three years of his professional life were spent lost in the woods as an attorney. He then leveraged a bit of serendipity to re-boot himself as an entry-level Account Planner at Goodby, SIlverstein & Partners in San Francisco, and has never looked back.

Between then and now, he has held senior- and director-level strategic roles at TBWA/Chiat/Day, 180 Amsterdam and Weiden+Kennedy, working on brands like Nike, Google, Samsung Mobile, adidas, Activision, and Target. He’s also worked for a number of years client-side at Nike, where he was the Global Brand Manager for the Athletic Training Category, and later the Marketing Director of Nike Mexico.
